By accessing and using the services of Concrete Contractors of DeSoto, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Provided

Concrete Contractors of DeSoto provides commercial concrete construction services including but not limited to:

• Commercial concrete slabs and foundations
• Tilt-wall construction
• Asphalt paving and repair
• Concrete repair and restoration
• Site preparation and grading
• Emergency concrete services

Service Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual site conditions discovered during work
• Material price fluctuations
• Changes in project scope or specifications
• Permit requirements or unforeseen obstacles

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a project-by-project basis and typically include:

• Deposit required to schedule work (usually 30-50%)
• Progress payments as work milestones are completed
• Final payment due upon satisfactory completion
• Late payment fees may apply (1.5% per month)

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on our workmanship and materials as follows:

• Structural concrete work: 5-year warranty against defects
• Material quality: Manufacturer warranties apply
• All warranties require proper maintenance and normal usage
• Warranties do not cover damage from abuse, neglect, or natural disasters

Project Timeline and Scheduling

Project timelines are estimates based on typical conditions. Actual completion may vary due to:

• Weather conditions affecting concrete curing
• Site access or preparation issues
• Material delivery delays
• Client-requested changes or delays
• Permit or inspection scheduling

Permits and Regulations

Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals. We will assist with permit applications when requested. Additional fees may apply for permit assistance or expedited processing.

Safety and Site Conditions

Client agrees to ensure safe working conditions and proper site access. We maintain all required safety certifications and insurance. Client is responsible for any damage to existing structures or utilities caused by unforeseen conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect damages. Client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from client's negligence or misuse of completed work.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under Texas law.
