Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of DeSoto Concrete Contractors, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Nature of Service - Referral Service

DeSoto Concrete Contractors operates as a marketing and referral service. We do not directly perform concrete construction work. Instead, we connect property owners and project managers with our selected contractor partner, Inner Loop Construction, who provides the actual construction services. When you submit an inquiry through our website, you consent to having your information shared with Inner Loop Construction for the purpose of obtaining project quotes and services.

Services Facilitated

Through our referral network, we help connect you with contractors who provide services including but not limited to:

• Commercial concrete slabs and foundations
• Tilt-wall construction
• Asphalt paving and repair
• Concrete repair and restoration
• Site preparation and grading
• Emergency concrete services

All actual construction work is performed by Inner Loop Construction. We are not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or performance of their work, though we have selected them based on their qualifications and reputation.

No Guarantees on Project Outcomes

While we strive to connect you with qualified professionals, we make no guarantees regarding:

• Specific project outcomes, timelines, or results
• The quality, timeliness, or performance of work by referred contractors
• Project costs or final pricing - all quotes come directly from the contractor
• Contractor availability or ability to take on your specific project
• Resolution of disputes between you and the contractor

Any agreements, contracts, warranties, or guarantees regarding actual construction work are between you and Inner Loop Construction. We serve only as a referral connection point.

Service Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates are provided by Inner Loop Construction and are subject to their terms. Typical considerations include:

• Quotes are generally valid for 30 days from the date issued
• Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during work
• Material price fluctuations may affect final costs
• Changes in project scope or specifications will be addressed directly with the contractor
• Permit requirements or unforeseen obstacles may impact pricing

Non-Circumvention Agreement

By using our referral service, you agree not to circumvent our role in the contractor relationship for a period of 24 months from your initial inquiry. This means:

• You will not attempt to work directly with Inner Loop Construction on related projects without our involvement during this period
• You will not share the contractor's information with others to circumvent our referral service
• This allows us to continue providing our free referral service to you and others

Provider Disclosure Limitations

Our ability to provide detailed information about our contractor partner may be limited. We share general qualifications and background, but for detailed licensing information, insurance coverage specifics, and references, you should contact Inner Loop Construction directly. We encourage you to perform your own due diligence before entering into any contract.

Project Timeline and Scheduling

Any project timelines or scheduling commitments are made by Inner Loop Construction, not by our referral service. These are estimates only and actual completion may vary due to factors including:

• Weather conditions affecting concrete curing
• Site access or preparation issues
• Material delivery delays
• Client-requested changes or delays
• Permit or inspection scheduling

Limitation of Liability

As a referral service, our liability is strictly limited. We are not liable for:

• Any construction defects, delays, or issues with work performed by referred contractors
• Consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from contractor performance
• Disputes between you and Inner Loop Construction
• Project costs exceeding estimates or budgets
• Any injuries, property damage, or other harm occurring during construction

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your relationship with contractors we refer to you. All construction-related liability rests with the contractor performing the work.

Dispute Resolution

For any disputes related to our referral service (not construction disputes, which should be directed to the contractor), we will work with you through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, under Texas law. Construction-related disputes are between you and the contractor.
